The winning frente banks the pips left in every other hand. First team to 100 points takes the match.

Quick rules summary
- Four players, two frentes (partners sit across the table), double-six set, seven tiles each.
- The holder of the highest double leads the first hand. In later hands the previous winner opens with any tile.
- Match a tile to either open end of the chain. If you cannot play, you pass.
- A hand ends when a player runs out of tiles (a domino), or when all four pass and the game is blocked (tranque).
